BoldSkin Store celebrates diversity and creates fashion for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Our products (including 3/4 sleeves, briefs, crop tops, lesbian-themed apparel, muscle & tank tops, swimwear, t-shirts, and trunks) are designed to help you express your authentic self with confidence.

2. User Responsibilities

When creating an account or making purchases, you agree to provide accurate information including your shipping address and payment details.

2.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase from our store.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

Your order is confirmed when you receive an email acknowledgment. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after order confirmation.

5.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivers in 15-25 business days after shipment

5.2 Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs delays may affect international orders.

5.3 Failed Deliveries

You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Window

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Swimwear and sale items are final sale.

6.2 Return Process

• Order number
• Item(s) for return
• Reason for return

We’ll provide a prepaid return label if eligible.

6.3 Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags attached
• Shipped back within 5 days of receiving return label

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.5 International Returns

You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. Our prepaid label helps avoid additional fees.

All content on prideboutiq.com (designs, logos, text, graphics) is owned by BoldSkin Store and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BoldSkin Store isn’t liable for any injury or damage resulting from product use beyond its intended purpose.

8.2 Website Access

We’re not responsible for temporary website unavailability due to technical issues beyond our control.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the order’s purchase price.
