✨ Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). Your confidence matters more than anything – if our apparel doesn’t make you feel as bold as our designs intend, we’ll make it right.

🚀 How to Return

  1. Email Us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label if your return qualifies
  3. Pack your items in their original condition with tags attached
  4. Ship back within 5 days of receiving your return label

🔥 Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons) and sale items are final sale
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. International exchanges may require additional shipping fees.

🌍 International Returns

Our global LGBTQ+ community matters! While we ship worldwide (except certain Asian/remote areas), please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs/duties are non-refundable
  • Use our prepaid label to avoid additional processing fees
